Singapore operators likely to double their 3G spectrum

Following a consultation earlier this year, Singapore's telecoms regulator has rejected suggestions from the country's three mobile operators that remaining 3G spectrum simply be allocated to them and decided to go ahead with an open auction in the autumn.
