Tough negotiations expected for satellite and mobile issues at WRC-12

The outlines of the issues that will be addressed at the 2012 World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-12) got clearer recently with the release of 500 pages of draft text for the report that will guide the conference. The report will be finalised during a 10-day meeting in February.
