Nokia Siemens Networks wins $7 billion contract to roll out LTE network using L-band spectrum

A nationwide LTE network in the US run wholly over spectrum previously set aside for satellite mobile communications has taken a huge step closer to reality with a $7 billion contract being awarded for the network rollout.
